Blender Method:

In a large container, add the desired amount of purple sea moss that you would like to use, and cover it with water. Make sure that the water covers the moss by 2-3 times because the purple moss will expand when rehydrated.2. Allow the purple sea moss to rehydrate for 12-24 hours.3. Pour off the water, and thoroughly rinse your purple moss (3-4 times) until all the sand/salt has been removed.4. Place your purple Irish sea moss into your blender.5. Add spring water until it fills halfway up to the height of your purple sea moss in the blender.6. Blend until smooth, then store your purple sea moss gel in a clean glass container in the refrigerator.
